Can I use Pre-Paid Credit Cards to purchase items in your store?

Yes, you may use pre-pay credit cards to buy sex toys online in our store. Pre-pay credit cards are a convenient, safe, secure and discreet method of payment (Not to mention they help keep you within your shopping budget.) To use pre-paid credit cards, simply shop as you normally would, adding your items to the shopping cart. What type of shipping is the 'FREE SHIPPING' option?

The FREE SHIPPING option is sent via Canada Post / USPS Expedited (and sometimes via Expresspost during special holiday promotions.) Simply select FREE SHIPPING option and your items will be sent via Expedited Parcel and delievered in approx. 3-6 business days within Canada, and 3-7 days in the North / Western United States, and 4 - 10 business days in the Eastern / Southern United States (depending on your location.)

Will my order be shipped discreetly?

Our shipping is so extremely discreet that even the postman will not know!  We ship in plain unmarked parcel boxes (or bubble envelopes for some small orders) with a return delivery address that simply reads "Mail Order, PO Box 2367 Prince George BC Canada V2N 2S6"  There is absolutely NO mention of our store name on the parcel or mailing label.

Will my order be discreetly billed on my Credit Card statement?

Yes. Your order will show on your credit card as T.B.O.A.T   (a discreet abbreviation for The Best of Adult Toys)

How quickly will you ship my sex toy order?

All sex toy orders are despatched / shipped out the same day. Always within 24 hrs from time of your order.

How long does it take to deliver my sex toys?

Delivery time for your sex toys will depend on your location as well as the preferred delivery option you select during checkout. Typically, delivery for the various methods are as follows:

Expresspost Canada:  1-3 business days
Expedited Parcel Canada:  2 - 6 business days

Expresspost USA:  2-6 business days. 
Expedited Parcel USA:  2-10 business days

Expresspost Australia: 3-7 business days
Expedited Parcel Australia:  13 business days

Do I have to sign for delivery? and what if I am not home when my order arrives?

We require proof of signature to ensure that your order has been received safely. If you are not home when your package arrives, or if the parcel is too large to fit in your mail box, a notification card will be left for you with an address to the nearest Postal Office for you to sign for and pick up your item.  

I don't want my partner to know i've ordered something. Will they be able to accept the parcel on my behalf if it arrives when I am not home?

If you would like to be the only one to receive or be able to provide signature for your order, we recommend selecting a Canada Post or USPS delivery which will require your direct signature.

Do you accept purchases from other countries and ship outside of North American, for example to Australia and Europe?

Yes, we do. If you are located outside of North America you can still place an order in our store. We recommend that you purchase from the Canadian store prices as this is the currency that will be converted from on your credit card.

How competitive are your sex toy prices?

How do I return if something is wrong with the order?

Due to the nature of the products that we sell we are unable to accept returns on any product that is designed to come into contact with body parts or body fluid. This policy is put into place to protect our customers and staff.

Return shipping expense is the responsibilty of the purchaser. Orders over $69.00 that received the Free Expedited Shipping option would be reimbursed for the full value of the product minus any shipping expense incurred by BestofAdultToys.com.

What if I receive a toy that is defective or doesn't work?

In the rare event you receive an item that is defective, doesn't work, or stops working within 90 days of purchase, please contact us immediately either by phone (250) 552-6025 or contact us online.  Most manufacturers offer a "replacement guarantee" and we will do everything we can to assist you in getting your replacement quickly and hassle-free.

The amount that is showing on my credit card statement is slightly different than the listed price that shows on my receipt.

Some United States Credit Card providers will add their own conversion fee for online purchases made outside of the US. If you are a US customer and notice the amount on your credit card statement is slightly off by $1-$3 this is likely the case. To confirm, you must contact your Credit Card provider directly, as the fee or additional charge is not from Best of Adult Toys.
