United States and International orders are required to have a description of the contents on the customs forms, however we have become quite crafty at using discreet descriptions of personal items. All packages to the United States will be described as "Novelty Items" or "Personal Effects" with other discreet descriptions for your privacy.

Signature Service / Proof of Delivery:

Please note: USPS Small Packets Surface or Air does not require signature and does not include a tracking number.  For these reasons we recommend selecting our Free Shipping method (which is Expedited), Expedited or Expresspost Shipping. For your protection a signature service is added to outgoing packages sent via the Expedited or Expresspost shipping options.  When the courier or shipping company arrives at your home or nearest postal office, they will want you to sign to confirm receipt of the shipment. We are unable to remove signature service from the shipment as it is documented proof that the package has arrived safely to the billing address of the credit card owner, and / or gift recipient.  If the package is returned to sender or unclaimed and returned back to our warehouse there will be a shipping cost incurred to you.

Verifying Your Information:

If your billing and shipping addresses are different, The Best of Adult Toys Co. reserves the right to request personal identification from the customer in order to verify the authenticity of the order. This is done to protect our store and individuals against fraud.  If we feel that something is suspicious, we may or may not ask the customer to send their identification either in the form of a scanned image or by FAX. We also reserve the right to deny orders that may seem to be fraudulent. Personal Identification includes Passport, Driver's License, Scanned Image or Fax of Credit Card, and/or Photo Identification. Specifics will be detailed by phone and / or email which will be sent to the customer. 

We Ship FAST!

When you place an order in our store, we guarantee to ship your products fast! All orders are shipped the same business day (within 24 hours.) In the rare event we do not have your item in stock, we will do everything in our power to keep our time commitments to you by shipping your ordered items directly from the manufacturer / distributor,  or by expediting your shipment with the fastest delivery services offered with no extra charge to you.

We ship anywhere in Canada, the United States. We do not ship to other international destinations at this time. Delivery time will vary depending on the delivery options and shipping provider you choose during checkout.  There are the 2 basic shipping options available for USA and Canadian customers via Canada Post and USPS. International orders are sent via Canada Post only at this time. 

We currently ship to all street addresses, P.O. boxes within Canada and the 50 United States, and to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses (standard shipping only). Please Note: Packages sent to US addresses may be delayed by customs handling. Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling.

We Ship for FREE for Orders $99+ CAD and USD

We provide a Free Shipping option in Canada and the United States via Canada Post/USPS Expedited Parcel. Delivery time depends on your location, however most orders deliver within 2-5 business days in Canada, and 3-8 business days in the United States and the UK. (Delivery times during busy holdiay seasons such as Christmas may take longer so it's recommended to order as early as possible.)

We understand that you may wish to receive your adult sex toy products or items faster than the rate of regular snail mail, so we also offer alternate shipping methods available for an additional cost. These rates are based on either a flat shipping rate, or based on your total orders weight in pounds. To get an accurate estimate of the shipping costs for your order, simply add all items to cart and proceed to our "one-page checkout." The shipping cost will automatically calculate for you based on the Shipping method you choose.

Shipping to Remote Areas (for Customers in Canada):

We have a Canadian distribution center located in Vancouver, British Columbia and Prince George, British Columbia, Canada.  All Canadian orders will be shipped from within Canada and avoid any duty or brokerage bill. If you live in the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, or part of Labrador, we will contact you to confirm the exact shipping total for your order. Some shipping providers do not offer standard ground shipping to many of those destinations so we will quote the correct air rate. 

Shipping to Remote Areas:

For any people who do not receive mail on a daily basis; receive mail via air drop or water plane we may notify you regarding an additional shipping fees (typically between $5 - $15). Note: These circumstances occur when your postal code has the number "0" in it.

Unfortunately Canada Post does charge additional for deliveries to these remote areas and we apologize in advance for having to pass these charges on to you. Our low online store prices are unable to absorb these extra shipping charges.

If your order is applicable to these additional charges, we will call you to confirm any additional charges that will need to be applied to your credit card prior to shipment.

Service for Customers with P.O. Boxes as shipping addresses:

We ship to P.O. box by United States Postal Services or Canada Post Mail.

Service for Customers in Military Locations:

We do not ship to APO or AFO addresses.

Additional Shipping Information:

We will ship your order from any one of our distribution centers in Canada. Your package may will be labeled discreetly as "Mail Order" (Never as Best of Adult  Please do not return the package under the assumption that it is something you did not order.

I've selected the Wrong Shipping Option -- Can I Change It?

If you select the wrong shipping option, we will change it to the correct one. Please call or email us immediately at the time of order to update your shipping option.

Change of Address:

If you notify us of the address change before your item is shipped, we can update your information. Because we offer Same Day Shipping, you must notify us the same day that your sex toy order has been placed.  Postal and shipping companies charge up to a $15.00 for an address change after a shipment is underway. If the shipping address error occurred at time of order placement by the customer during order checkout online and we receive notification of the change after your items have been shipped, a $15.00 address correction charge posted to the credit card used on the particular order to cover any additional expense incurred from the post office or shipper.

Lost Packages, Missing Products and Courier Claims:

In the event that the courier or shipping company has lost your package, damaged your package, or items are missing from your order you must report this to the courier or shipping company within 3 days of delivery.  Also, please call our customer service dept. so we can open a claim.  A claim cannot be started after 3 days from the date of delivery.  There is a simple procedure to follow when opening a claim.

Lost Packages:

A lost package will be re-shipped once the courier or shipping company has done a complete investigation to either locate the package or issue an insurance refund to us.  We are unable to issue refunds on lost packages. Once the investigation by the courier or shipping company is complete, there will be a resolution. If the lost package claim is granted to us, we will re-ship the package to the verified address on file. The Best of Adult Toys Co. insures all Expresspost and Expedited Parcel shipments for the full value of the order. Best of Adult Toys Co. is not responsible for under insured lost packages or shipping options selected without tracking (Small Packets Surface and Small Packets Air).


A damaged package will only be re-shipped once the courier or shipping company has done a complete investigation on the nature of the damage and then issuing an insurance refund to us.  We are unable to issue refunds on damaged packages. Once the investigation by the courier or shipping company is complete, there will be a resolution. If the damaged package claim is granted to us, we will re-ship the package to the verified address on file. We recommend selecting the Expresspost or Expedited shipping options which include tracking and insurance for the full value of your order shipped.  The Best of Adult Toys Co. is not responsible for under insured lost or damaged packages.

Missing Items:

In the rare event that you are missing one of the items you ordered, we will require you to call us or contact us online within 24 hours of delivery to confirm that missing item isn't already on route by supplying you with a tracking number. If an item is missing we will go through the same steps above for lost packages. We may require you to take some photographs of the box and packaging that your order came in. This will aid us in determining why you have a missing item or if there was a warehouse shipping error on our part.  We require 7 days for an investigation as to why an item was missing, after we have received your photos.

Cancellation and Returns

Our Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, because happy customers are loyal customers. We strive to be the BEST adult toy store online and to deliver the best service, which is why we offer our customers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee* for unopened / unused products. At we want our customers to be happy with their purchases, however due to the nature of the products that we sell we are unable to accept returns on any product that is designed to come into contact with body parts or body fluid. This policy is put into place to protect our customers and staff.

Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee Return Conditions:

  1. Due to the nature of the products and obvious health and hygienic reasons, returned products MUST BE unused and returned in original unopened packaging. STRICTLY ENFORCED & NO EXCEPTIONS.
  2. Goods must be in their original condition, in unopened, undamaged packaging.
  3. Goods must be returned and received by our office within 30 days from the day of original sale. (Date ordered from our store.) 
  4. Lingerie and / or clothing related items are non refundable and non exchangeable.
  5. All shipments or packages returned to us "unclaimed" via Canada Post, USPS or FEDEX will be subject to an additional shipping charge before being reshipped.
  6. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to The Best of Adult Toys Co. within 24 hours of the delivery date.
  7. Best of Adult cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information, change of address, declined credit cards; or other reasons.

If we suspect that the "Adult Toy(s) or Products" have been opened, used or any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice.

Return Shipping Expenses:

Shipping expense for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Orders that received the Free Expedited Shipping option would be reimbursed for the full value of the returned product, minus any shipping expense incurred by

Our Order Cancellations Policy:

If you for whatever reason need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Please note that all orders placed on our website are shipped the same day or within 24 hours. If you place your order and you contact us to cancel it after it has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.

To cancel your order, you will need to send us notification in writing via our contact us form with your order number and full name and contact information in the message body. 

10% Cancellation Fee:

Please note that if you decide to cancel your order before shipment, but after we have already charged your credit card, we will be charging a 10% Cancellation Fee. Your credit card will be refunded, minus 10% of the total amount charged. This is to cover the fee that is charged to us when we process your order with the credit card provider (Visa or Mastercard or AMEX ). We do not charge a 10% fee if the cancellation request is due to a backordered item.
